We couldn't recommend Roger and his team more highly. He came in, gave us a precise quote, and stuck to it. His crew was meticulous and took great care to protect our bathroom throughout the project. Roger worked closely with both my wife and me -- and we know we can be a bit particular -- to make sure we got the bathroom we really wanted. I would recommend Roger to anyone looking for an outstanding contractor and an even better person.

We hired Roger Perez/RP General Contracting to remodel 4 bathrooms & paint our kitchen cabinets & walls. Their work was excellent & the crew were neat & clean & very nice & easy to deal with. Roger was always quick to respond to requests & showed up every day to check on progress. The crew was here everyday, 6 days a week & finished the job in only 2 months. I would highly recommend Roger & we will definitely call him for any future projects.

Our project list included replacements of a dated bar top in our family room, a pull down stairway in the garage Ned an aging front door. I'm pleased to report that Roger and RP general contracting completed all three and exceeded my high expectations. With each of the projects, the crew arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner, were friendly and worked exceptionally CLEAN. Barriers were built to avoid dust reaching other areas and thorough clean up was performed at beach step.
It's hard to say enough about Roger Perez and his excellent communication and follow up at every phase of the work.
Roger and RP will be my first call for any future needs.

Honestly, I don't even know where to start. Working with Roger Perez and his contracting crew has to be one of the highlights of my entire business endeavor. Roger is kind, honest, trustworthy, accurate, talented, smart, and keeps his word. He quoted me eight weeks and was done in six. His crew is beyond words - they are simply the best! I defy you to come to Zodiac Nail Boutique in Santa Clarita and find one mistake - I have never ever ever seen this level of perfection in work. Not a crooked line, not an uneven tile, not a missed spot of paint. I got everything from cabinetry, to kitchen remodel, to paint, accent work, electrical - I got it all - and it was ALL PERFECT! I am so thankful to Roger and his crew for making my business owner dreams come true. Zodiac Nails in SCV is READY!!!

If I can give Roger 10 stars I would! Time and time again he's come through as we have used him for multiple projects in the last 8 years. His crew is impeccable when it comes to showing up on time, doing precise work and cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis.

Roger and his crew transformed our entire kitchen , living room and dining room in a matter of 4 weeks and got the job done a lot quicker than we expected. We were left speechless after seeing the results! 3 years later we called Roger back to do our Master bathroom and once again, it came out better than we expected!

Basically throughout the years, Roger has always helped us even when we have called after the project was done for minor upgrades, etc. and he has become a FRIEND to our family. Make sure to check out his Instagram as it will give you a great idea of the types of jobs he does.

Don't waste your time shopping around for multiple quotes , call Roger and you won't be disappointed in the outcome!

I've known Roger for about 4 years now. He's done lots of work at my home and is always very helpful and gives detailed feedback on what has to be done for a project. He came out to give me an estimate and he was on time, professional and answered all the questions I had for him. I ended up hiring him for work in my newly purchased home. He did fantastic work and was very detail oriented. I will recommend RP general contracting to everyone. He is worth every penny! I am extremely impressed and satisfied!!

Roger and his team are one of THE BEST in home renovations. They are professional, on time, he provides a realistic timeline and usually completes the job before the time given. Roger has an eye for style while keeping the customers ideas first. His team transformed our kitchen (gutted it and rebuilt it fully) into a place that we LOVE. The quality of his work is phenomenal and the workers are curtious and they work! His team also transformed our staircase and our downstairs bathroom and we are looking forward to our next masterbath remodel, guestroom remodel and laundry room remodel. They are one of the best remodeling companies that I know!

We hired RP General Contracting, Inc. to remodel our kitchen, and we are very happy that we did.
From the first day we met Roger Perez, we knew that we would be selecting his company for the job. He has a great personality, is easy to work with, and has great vision for what things can be.
We didn't even know what exactly we needed to be done to fix our kitchen, but knew something had to be changed. From the minute Roger walked into our kitchen, you could see in his eyes he had a vision for what needed to be done. Within a few days, we received a computerized rendering of his vision.
He and his crew are timely, clean, pleasant, and provide quality work. Each day after working, they always left the kitchen nice and neat.
Roger makes great recommendations and provided information on where we might want to purchase our materials such as countertops, sinks, etc.
Our whole kitchen has opened up and it looks wonderful. He and his crew completed our kitchen in three weeks.
We can highly recommend him for any contracting need you may have. His work is 100% quality and he is genuinely excited about his projects.

We found Roger through a friend who had her kitchen and bathrooms done by RP. We started our remodel in early October, with a dark ugly kitchen that was dreadful. We started with the kitchen, new flooring throughout and a fireplace remodel. We ended up with a whole house remodel. From our kitchen to our laundry room, powder room, windows, doors, and so on. Our NEW house is amazing! I looked at a lot of kitchen remodels that had been done in our same model house and determined what we wanted. It turned out better than we could have imagined. It's a brand-new house really!

Roger's team is meticulous, and was always here bright and early every day during our project! He has an extremely hard-working team, all really nice and easy to work with. Roger was always responsive to our questions and needs. He never tried to upsell us on anything. Everything we wanted was done. Our remodel turned out beyond our expectations! It's still surreal! Thank you, Roger, and amazing team! We would definitely hire them again to do an add-on or our patio cover next. It may end up being a do-over of our bathroom remodel that turned out poorly from another contractor.

The remodel he did for us is incredible! I LOVE LOVE LOVE our home now! Check him out on Instagram @rogerperezz to see all his amazing projects.

Thank you again!

We have used RP General Contracting for our home remodel in Rancho Palos Verdes and we are looking forward to using them again in the future. He remodeled a very old kitchen, bathroom, and installed beautiful vinyl fencing around our home. We are so very pleased with all of his work, everything turned out top notch! He has an amazing crew who work hard, are clean, and friendly. Roger is a great communicator who cares very much for his clients and his crew. He wants to be sure his clients are happy with every step of the process and the finished product. No job is too big or too small for them. I highly recommend Roger and his crew for all of your construction needs.
